Looking back through 2012, the prescence of Carrie Underwood stans on this thread has grown quite a bit - and more and more Carrie fans are registering on this site. To celebrate a good year that the Carrie Underwood has had in her career, I am hosting the first ATRL Carrie Underwood Stan Awards.
The process will begin where Carrie's fanbase, and non-Carrie fans will nominate members for each category listed. Once the nomination process has ended, all members who have been nominated for awards will be PM'ed, and we'll carry on to the voting process. Once the votes are all in we'll have the live ceremony to honour the winners of the very first Carrie Underwood Stan Awards.

VOTING PERIOD
The nominations have been revealed, congratulations to everyone who was lucky enough to score a nomination in the very first award thread. The voting process will begin on Thursday, December 13th, 2012. Votes will then be able to be submitted until Wednesday, December 26th at 11:59PM EST. The votes will then be tallied and the award ceremony will be the next day. You are allowed to vote for yourself in the categories, but for individuals with more than one nomination you can only vote for yourself once. Good luck to everyone and the winners will be revealed on Thursday, December 27th so keep that date in your calender!

This stan makes it easy for new comers to get into her music, and be informed of Carrie's career. When stan wars are happening, they are often the member who tries to be the peacekeeper for this fanbase.

This is for the stan who sometimes goes way out of hand to defend Carrie. They may sometimes get carried away and end up giving a bad name for all Carrie stans a few times, but they're still family and we just forget about there breakdowns.
