Western Europe- Spain, France, Poland, Italy, Germany, Czech, Scandinavia, UK, etc.
Eastern Europe- Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Lithuania, Finland, Greece, Former Yugoslav countries, Bulgaria, etc.

Guys Poland is a much better place than Russia and is geographically more west, so it belongs in the west.
