1. I will serve as a human ballot for ATRL members LOL!

ATRL MEMBERS will choose or suggest 1 or more songs for every category to me by:

a. private messaging
b. wall post
c. posting in this thread

2. I simplified the categories into 8. The categories are:

a. Album of the Year is awarded to the performer and the production team of a full album.
b. Record of the Year is awarded to the performer and the production team of a single song.
c. Song of the Year is awarded to the writer(s)/composer(s) of a single song.
d. Best New Artist is awarded to a performer who releases, during the Eligibility Year, the first recording which establishes the public identity of that artist (which may not necessarily be their first proper release).
e. Best Female vocal performance (all genre)
f. Best Male vocal performance (all genre)
g. Best Duo or Group vocal performance (all genre)
h. Best Music Video (all genre)

3. Songs eligible for our own Grammy's should be released between January 1, 2009 to December 27, 2009. Only 5 entries will be selected every category.

4. I will close the voting in January 3, 2009

5. I'm also open for suggestion of the name of our version of Grammy's! Please help me naming it!

in order for this to work...i say we keep all Beyonce, Britney, Christna, Ashanti, Gaga, Stans OFF of the judging pannel and let non biased people be on the pannel (come to think of it there are some stans who aren't biased and actually know quality)
