JB Paternity Scandal: The baby already has a daddy?
UPDATE: It turns out the supposed mother of Bieber's child ALREADY named a baby daddy before Justin.

Former boyfriend John Terranova, 18, heard from Yeater in December that she was pregnant and he was the father, Terranova's grandmother Frances Lippe told TMZ. Long story short: That who's-the-daddy visit led to an alleged argument, capped by an alleged window-breaking by Yeater, followed by an alleged return by Yeater to discuss paying for said window, finally wrapped up with Yeater's arrest on suspicion of domestic violence after police were called to sort out the second argument that broke out, which allegedly included Yeater slapping her ex repeatedly. (She's due in court Dec. 12 to deal with that charge.)
Lippe said they didn't hear from Yeater after that. Allegedly.
Bieber, meanwhile, said Friday that he'd never heard of Yeater at all before she filed her paternity suit. "Never met the woman," he told the "Today" show gang while a mass of young female fans screamed in the background.
"None of those allegations are true," the pop star said in his newly lower voice. "I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim."
(If that last line came from his just-hired crisis-management team, they may have already earned their keep.)
The Biebs said he goes from the stage to his car after every show, calling it "crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations.
"To set the record straight, none of it is true."
Yeater said in her lawsuit that she and Bieber met at a concert in L.A., were immediately attracted to one another and then went backstage so they could be alone. He then allegedly talked dirty to her and left her with child after 30 seconds of sexual intercourse that was had while she was lying on some sort of bathroom shelf.
And, she said, he never followed through on his promise to give her his number, instead saying he'd remember hers. And he never returned her calls to his people.
One of Yeater's attorneys, Matt Pare, said on HLN's "Dr. Drew" program Thursday that they have "credible evidence" the baby is Bieber's — but it's evidence they haven't shared with the media, because paternity cases are "technically confidential." The paternity suit was filed Monday in San Diego and was confidential except for the part where Star magazine told the world about it immediately.
Also noted by Team Yeater: Despite the age difference — she's 20 now, he's 17, and a year ago they were, well, each a year younger — she would "not technically" need to worry about statutory rape charges, because in this case it would only be a misdemeanor, and a $5,000 fine would be worth it if she got the child support she's seeking.
Bieber was on "Today" to promote his "Under the Mistletoe" Christmas album, profits from which will go to various charitable organizations, including a Canadian food bank that helped his family when they were struggling.
In addition to clarifying he was no baby's daddy, he shared the fact that it was really hard to record a Christmas record in September.

Yeater had just turned 19 when she says she and Bieber, then 16, had a brief sexual encounter after one of the singer's concerts at Staples Center. She said she gave birth to a boy in July and believes Bieber is the father because there were no other possible men she had sex with at that time.
She is asking a judge for child support and a paternity test. A hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.
Bieber's camp has denied he is the child's father.
It's illegal in California to have sex with someone under age 18. If the other person is not more than three years older, it is a misdemeanor, which carries up to a one-year jail sentence.
"The issue of statutory rape, even if she's guilty, hypothetically, that has no bearing on the duties to provide child support," said one of Yeater's lawyers, Matthew Pare. "It's a totally separate issue."
Pare said he and his client have not been contacted by authorities or anyone representing Bieber. He said Yeater is a stay-at-home mother who is looking for adequate child support if a paternity test determines Bieber is the father.
"The most important thing for our client is letting her baby know who his father is," Pare said.
Yeater has not received any money from media outlets about her allegations, despite receiving public assistance, Pare added.
Bieber, 17, has been dating 19-year-old actress-singer Selena Gomez. Rumors about the couple's relationship began about December 2010, two months after the alleged incident with Yeater.
Emails sent to Bieber's and Gomez's representatives seeking comment were not immediately returned Thursday.

I really, really hope this is all true!! She can only get charged if he's proven to be the father... so either way she's going to win. She has more to gain than lose.
