Last week, selling only 12 copies determined the appearance at #100 on the official French singles chart. It was Cascada's "Evacuate The Dancefloor".
I'm not surprised. First, the level of sales is low relative to the population, more than in the UK. Second, the chart still includes only physical sales.

Stromae's "Alors On Danse" sold in
12913 copies for #1 in France*
*3986 for #1 on main, physical only chart, and 8927 for #1 on digital chart.
