Michael Jackson's 1984 hit "Thriller" tops the 3 million mark in digital sales this week. It's the third song from the 1980s to reach this milestone, following Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" and Survivor's "Eye Of The Tiger," which achieved the feat just last week.
This is Jackson's best-selling digital hit. It has been boosted by its annual resurgence at Halloween. Jackson was very savvy about his career, but I bet even he didn't realize that this would become a Halloween perennial.
