I don't know why there's all the surprise. No one looks like that picture on the right of her, young or old without enhancement, skin just doesn't look like that unless you're like under 12 or thereabouts. You should have seen the before and after pic of Keira Knightly for the King Arthur movie, MAJOR difference and she was only what, 18 or 19 at the time plus skinny and popularly attractive.
Also, didn't CallMeAtomic say that was from a live performance where people don't generally look their best up close, not that hardly anyone looks great that close up anyway. Especially with make up melting on the face enhancing any lines that are there and making them look worse, she of course has older skin and has lines but so do most people from 18+ (generally at least a line or two at the edge of the eyes and maybe a smile line or frown ones) and her she looks no older then 35 max.

depends on the person............ i have seen shakira in person and taken pictures with my own camera and she looks great.....
but i agree i dont know why there is surprices when you could tell there is so much photoshop in that pictures it looks like plastic from so much shine...
