In light of United Kingdom being at the centre of the world's attention right now due to the Olympic Games, I was just wondering how people from outside the UK viewed us as people, and our country. I got my inspiration from Mr Know It All's thread, 'Opinion of the USA' --> http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=247215. As he said in his thread, "begin each post with your country and proceed to summarize the general opinions regarding the United Kingdom from your nation's view."
yeah we don't have to pay for barely anything health related here, i'm not sure why the US hasn't adopted something similar to the NHS, but then again, i don't know anything about American politics/finances.
I'm dying to visit there sometime, actually planning on staying there for a month after graduating hs, but I don't think I'd want to live there. I love the US.
Some of my favorite designers and creative directors are from there, but that's only the fashion industry.
Overall, I'm pretty neutral I guess.
I don't like the royal figureheads and all those rules that come along with it.
I don't approve of being respected just because you are born to a family, I respect those who earned it.
