You can't really straight up compare GPA like this since each area does it differently. In some areas 4.0 is a perfect grade, you can't go above it.
In others you can.

3.78 is good. I'm proud of myself but I messed up a semester and it brought it down. I had a 4.2 for this last semester tho.
