When the album streets on 8/25—the day after she gets some very big VMA looks—it will unquestionably be her second #1 bow,
with forecasts in the 150-200k range.

I think she will do way more than that. Her album last year did nearly 150K and she had like half the hype, if that.
I'm expecting 250-300K.

I agree. This is a very, very early prediction, so I think they're just being extra cautious. VMAs will give her a nice boost too.
