It's not all about celebs... there are a lot of people who feel the same way. Judging from what you've said now i'd say you never felt anything close to that.
There aren't always many solutions, and in that situation you don't realize what you could do. Such insecurities change your whole sight on things.

That's why I specified celebs. 
People who don't have the means of seeking help and not as many solutions, I'm usually there for.

Seriously i have no problem with someone not liking a person's appearance or the person itself, just because it doesn't fit. I don't really like Nicki for example either, because i don't like the way she acts sometimes.
Don't think you can judge like that on someone's personality, still.

it's the same for celebs though, they also have a personal life and don't show everything from them?
Just because they're celebs doesn't mean they can't feel insecure. There aren't ALWAYS solutions for them either, and even if there are a lot, they might still not realize that

I feel so happy seeing all of the great feedback that Demi got from the X factor audience! I can't wait until the show starts. I want her sense of humour and musical knowledge to shine through.

mhhh am i the only one who's still not sure about her as a judge?
Sometimes i think her critiques were great, then again i think it was bad...
btw did she say yes or no to the act from the video at the end`?

She said no. I think she's doing good so far. I liked that she stuck with her decision and didn't let the audience influence her. She has balls too because she said which ones were good and which ones weren't. I honestly didn't like them sounded to much like 1D. She does need more speech lessons though because she said um a couple of times
