Exactly. i remember seeing a taylor quote that went something like this... "I love to write songs and my voice is there just to get my lyrics across" or something like that.
I am really getting sick and tired of those Carrie fans shading Taylor because of her voice. That's basically why I am no longer a Carrie fan. They just can't accept that she is Woman of the Year and Carrie's performance is one way they can get back at Taylor.
Don't hate an artist because of the fans that is horrible. Now I dislike Carrie stans who shade Taylor as much as anybody but the reason I'm not a Carrie fan is due to the music and nothing else

Well I still listen to her but I'm not really a fan... if that makes sense. and i don't like carrie's personality or her fans but i like her music (bought her recent album and i own the other 3 )

I get what you mean and the bolded part I agree with 100%. The only album I really like from her is her debut each album after got worse maybe album4 changed that trend but I haven't checked it out yet
Am i the only one that didn't see Taylor do her shocked face?
like i am seeing it all over twitter and atrl about people dissing her about her being surprised. i didn't see her open her mouth?
She said "how did she know that" when that girl from New Girl talked about Taylor donating to the Country Music Hall of Fame. It kind of looked like a shocked face but it wasn't about the award she was winning
Did anyone else get mad when they played that high note in the live version of Mine in the Billboard video of her? wasn't even close to her best vocal abilities...
