She is a huge touring act because she has a huge and crazy (no shade) fanbase. And even people who are not fans constantly bop to some of her songs, there's no denying that. And she has appeal because she likes to put on an actual spectacle, you can see she gives her best.

I don't understand it tbh. while her theatrics are cool, there are much better theatrics for much cheaper. Though she can be vocally amazing, her theatrics and dancing makes it sound intolerable sometimes. While she has a good message, she talk about it for more then half the show and makes it very boring +makes her sound pretentious. I guess maybe I will have to go live to understand, cause I do use some of her songs

Her star power, she's the biggest star in the world. Everyone wants to see GAGA. And her repuation as a good performer helps
