Her impact in music is undeniable. She made it fun again, she made music videos an event. I wish you were better.

Maybe I was thinking of a time where P!nk stans actually had sense, like fanoftalent, duck,

Of course, she's the biggest pop act of the last decade and her impact unlike many of her contemporaries, transcends music.

Electropop music was gone in 2004, but it was already back on the radio in 2006.
I can't think of any way Lady Gaga has impacted music. She had a popular electropop at the end of the 00's? So did Rihanna, Usher, Chris Brown, Sean Kingston, Britney Spears, Madonna, 50 Cent, Nelly Furtado, Black Eyed Peas, Beyonce, Akon, Justin Timberlake, okay, you get my point. lol.

I think she did. She obviously didn't do it all single-handedley, but she did have a big part in the "new" trend of merging images (her outfits and music videos) with her music, and whether or not people want to admit it, she did open the door for dance-pop to become commercially viable for many artists and not just a few select songs or artists.

She definitely brought cosplay back. Missy Elliott was probably one of the last female artists to mess around witu extravagant costumes. She also brought back the long form music video.
Dance-pop came back when Madonna dropped COADF back in '05, tho. The electronic/eruopop influenced sound anyway. Then Timbaland, Justin, Nelly, Rihanna helped move it along. That's how I see it.

And she has ruined music videos. We can't get music videos like The Sweet Escape, Disturbia, Fergalicious, etc. anymore, because any pop girl that makes a video like that gets accused of ripping off Gaga now. They're scared to do it, so now we just get generic party videos like Party Rock Anthem, Give Me Everything, Last Friday Night, On the Floor, etc. Lady Gaga has KILLED music videos imo. But that's not impact on music, that's impact on videos.

In terms of performance and visuals: 100% yes
But I don't know about music. She seems pretty unique in terms of that wheras artists go about and do their own things. The only thing I can think of is the stuttering effect that a few use in their songs.
It's arguable that she did bring back dance pop, but she cannot be labelled as the only one.

She saved the music industry. She invented dance music. She helped gays come out of the closet...
So yes! Impact!

Yes, its delusional to say she hasn't had an impact.
However her impact is not as huge as some monster like to play it off
