Would you rather have Demi releasing a new single for her fourth album or the third single from Unbroken when X-Factor US runs (considering that she'll definitely gonna judge)?

If she wants success, then her single needs to start smashing BEFORE the show. And she won't have time for a new single. So our best bet is to milk a 3rd single, especially the song Unbroken!!! Although it might not help her album sales anymore, it will make her a big name in radio, allowing her future singles to smash, thus helping her album sales!

New single, that would be too late for unbroken since the live shows would start in november.

Yeah, Unbroken (album) can barely chart so it's barely living lol.

But releasing Unbroken (song) would be really wise since I'm sure it's gonna be huge. She already had a good start with GYHAB in the Radio and I think Unbroken would really bring her name in. It might be her "big breakout" single

Demi really needs to focus on one sound and stick with it. GYHAB is her greatest chance at success so future singles NEED to be in that direction.

Premiere the song the first week of December on the X Factor, iTunes release that same week, radio adds date in early January. Problem solved.

Exactly. People don't understand that singles are suppose to HELP album sales

If she'd release unbroken it wouldnt help the album, but it would definitely help her radio power and revelance. Album sales dont make you a big star becayse the general public dont look at album sales every week like we do. Hearing an artist a lot on the radio and on music channels and in the headlines are what makes them relevant.

yup, i'd say early November.
After christmas, the radios usually kick out some songs so if she wouldn't be doing well at that time her single might not go anywhere.

The problem with this post is you're not looking at it from a label's standpoint and I'm not just talking about HWR. Every album costs a good amount of money to make, when the album hasn't had a decent return on investment, it's time to move on because albums sales are where the label makes money.

Record labels don't go around with their artists in their best interests. They look after their best interests.

That's wiser (better perform it in the Semi-Finals or Finals)

Could we sign Demi to our label? She'd do better with us handling her career tbh
