She's flawless on that picture <3 But I'm afraid the photo cannot be taken from a photoshoot, whenever I go on facebook that singers have a picture of them either on a red carpet or at an event, or singing in a concert/awards show or signing at a signing event.

i know i feel dumb for asking this again. But is there any other source other than THR & E! that says Fox has made the offer to Demi. TMZ says offer hasn't been made so does that mean Miley & Avril are still in the running? but then again Demi is the front runner (how?)

Ive read it on a bunch of different articals. Demi is definatly the front runner. She is getting far more publicity from it! Most articals are saying she has agreed to the deal she just has to wait till she gets back to sign the papers!
