Playing instruments doesn't really mean you have better musicianship. Beyonce performing with a band >>>>>>>>>>>>> Alicia and her piano...Lets not act like Alicia's first two albums weren't recycled from Prince and other similar acts of the past.
And Alicia has only written 10 songs by herself in her entire discography. If I Aint Got You and Fallin are the only ones to actually have any impact. And much like Beyonce, she only has two albums over a 70 on Metacritic.

Beyonce is the better singer and performer (stage presence, singing and working a crowd) everyone doesnt dance so thats not a factor of stage presence to me. Whitney and Diana Ross dont dnace but they have GREAT stage presence, they can sing and they damn sure can work a crowd. I personally like Beys music more but lets not get crazy here.

So people shouldn't compare playing instruments then as well. At least using your logic. And it says TALENT not ARTISTIC ABILITY. Dancing is a talent just as much as songwriting, and Alicia has tried to dance, she just cant.
