No she does not compose better than Beyonce.

Her harmonies & arrangement are basic compared to Beyonce. For example, she could never come up with the Harmonies Beyonce did on "Get Me Bodied".

Beyonce is the true musician out of the two. Bey has a great ear, even when she gets demos, she arranges the songs in a way that brings life to them. She just uses her voice and she can read music too, which is why I don't understand why she don't play instruments actually but she uses her voice like one.

I remember the MSG taping of PIIALS where Beyoncé made an appearance. They had cut the volume of her microphone so she wouldn't overpower everyone else. I'm sure it was pretty conspicuous to every person in attendance. I wonder how Beyoncé felt about it.

Alicia Keys wrote, composed, arranged AND produced most of Songs In A Minor and a good chunk of Diary by herself.
