I mean no shade, but Selena is known as Justin Bieber's girlfriend and Miley is known for her drug and paps stories mainly (worldwide).
Demi had no real story, apart from the treatment thing but they won't write about that more than once. With Miley then again they write abut it when there's another one of those stories, and they write about Selena when she does something with Justin... at least that's how it is here.
