BET is not racist it is just a channel aimed toward a specific audience. Just like Telemundo is aimed towards hispanics. White people dominate television. Turn to any channel that's not BET or a spanish speaking channel and who will you see? White people. If not in the tv show you will see them in the commercial. Didn't we already have this discussion? Anyways, in America, Whites are the majority. They already have most networks catered to their general group. While BET has become hot **** these days, It caters to a minority that has been long under-represented (if that makes sense) in the Television world in this country.
