Kelis deserved better, she needs to release "Blindfold Me" and promote the album. I didn't know it came out the 22nd til someone told me.
Good job Danity, truly deserved... Wish they could've sold more though, but stores couldnt restock in time. Christina lost too much in sales, i expected at least 200k it's second week. I'm glad the Cheetah girls are doing good, the cd is pure pop fun.

LMAO!!! Cheetah Girls 2 are going to take over the world! They gained a new peak this week and 1% overall in sales!!!
With that said, I am sooo shocked that Danity Kane broke 200K? How the hell did that happen? Paris did as well as I thought and Kelis flopped.
"High School Musical" FINALLY falls from Top 20 for the first time since February...

Xtina is not flopping Fug ferg...most artists would kill to even have her second week sales. She has strong sales throughout the year after her album is released. Stripped anyone? Debut album anyone?

Stripped did better the second week:
1st: 330,000
2nd: 167,000
3rd: 120,000
4th: 98,000 (around there)
5th: 181,000
She shouldn't have released her album in August since its back to school month; people use their money to buy supplies or college textbooks.

Well Christina's known for consistency...She ain't going nowhere...She may have had a huge drop second week but she's staying in the upper reaches of that chart till like august 2007..So no worries..

B2B doesn't have a 2nd single out and it's selling based on ANOM only. Plus the price.
Stripped's first 5 weeks were like this:
341,925 -
168,603 -51%
120,061 -29%
107,744 -10%
179,350 +66%
It was the season + Beautiful.
Now, if B2B drops 30% next week, she will come close to 600k. Believe me, this album will have excellent legs with the following singles. She's doing great so far and it's not a flop AT ALL. Wait and see.

Her second single will save the album. Also, she's performing at the VMA's I'm sure she won't drop much this week, performing there usually gives you a boost in the charts.
