IKR!?!?!? I'm still salty about that one... 11 years later. Granted, I'm happy that my girl P!nk got a couple of Moonmen that night, but where does it make sense that the "Video of the Year" isn't the one that won like six other awards?? Hell, I would've been happier with any of the other nominees (esp. "Stan") or even *NSYNC's "Pop" (which was snubbed in that category). I mean...

Um ... eleven years later, I STILL would have given Lady Marmalade the win.

You all have to remember how unusual - dare I say it, revolutionary - it was to see a video for a song from a movie with no film clips in it. What Paul Hunter and Co did is create their own world, a piece that lives and breathes on its own while still relating to Moulin Rouge the film and the legend. It's quite remarkable.

Of course, All for You would have been my second. Weapon of Choice has never moved me, song or video.

YESSSSS. Your rule about 1 artist per video is half fair half biased. What about some artists like Kanye whose entire discography have AMAZING videos? But yeah, its one way to get out of the biased stans of pop girls so its alright.

I guess I can see where you're coming from, but I don't find it nearly as innovative as three I mentioned (with regards to story, visual effects and production design, respectively).
