No I'm not. I'm talking about placement, especially when it becomes to belting, christinas larnyx is really high when it comes to belts and she can't open up at all, katy perry as shaking as her tone is and annoying and consistent her tone is... she belts properly.

She performed "You Lost Me" and "Lift Me Up" well from the Bionic era, Up-tempo's have always been her weaknesses
I think theres a misconception about mariah because most of you only know her for her emancipation of mimi and post work, but back from 1990-1996 in her vocal peak her voice was unstoppable, ints in 1997 when her voice condition started to take effect and her voice went downhill, her voice isnt even half of it then it was back then
She doesn't ALWAYS do that...people have blown that way out of proportion....her tone is actually stunning.
