Exactly, props are meant to enhance your performances not over shadow your skills & create an illusion. Which why Beyonce will always be better than Madonna. Anyone with the same creativity that can dance decently and lip can do what Madonna does. If you strip all the production behind Madonna's performance in her prime and Beyonce now it'll be clear as day who's better and still keeps the crowd entertained.

that performance was very daring during that time period. The fact that he even had to ask how that performance can be considered as taking a risk while she's singing 'Like a virgin' in a WEDDING dress is just redundant.
