I think she looks decent with the blonde hair, I think its the extensions that look tired out, if you look carefully her normal hair seems healthy and the extensions look all dry and limp, but thats only happened once, and bottle blonde hair is lots of maintenance since the bleach damages the hair
I don't keep HUGE track of her career, but she makes good music and I get curious.
