Omg, I just realized that Demi and Joe performed on the same episode that Miley performed. Except Make A Wave fell off the charts, and When I Look At You rose into the Top 10 on iTunes (with no radio airplay)

well that's because the song sucked ass and Joe ruined the performance But Demi's performance and vocals..
