now that there's no britney near...
which pop princess will gain fans from Britney, since britney hasn't realeasing anything any time soon, fans like me need some pop music to try, and now that there no other icon such a britney to outsell pop princess, sales will be different, just see how well did nelly furtado , i mean 2 years ago who would thinkin that nelly could handle a number 1 album(crossed finger Aguilera, finally there's no be anyone who outshine you little tiyn ray of light)...
I guess the main sales gainers will be Paris and Furtado, Aguilera will sellin ' a little less that stripped bu just see that she just used the same formula as shania,, double CD so that she can get a platinum easily.

Stripped debuted with 330,000 copies with a single that was flopping; now she has a new single which is a big hit. I think this time around she will sell more. Anyway, Britney last few albums were not selling that great.

Christina's singels is doing well cause now itunes counts for the chart... but in airply is doing worst than Dirrty, as a matter of fact, i can't see New aguilera albums selloing more than 2.5 million albums

Her spins went up according to the chart. Xtina's song is already a hit. & since the remix is real she has yet to release it. Her sales will go up from Stripped. She has gained, not lost fans. I'm pretty positive that her sales will blow us all away. & btw, Britney not being in the limelight isn't the reason why Loose is successful.

no one is saying that Ain't isnt a hit...but well we can see that Beyonce even with a mainstream single such as Crazy in love only could manage 300K while for example , Shania with a flop could manage more than 400K in one week...

It's definitely going down. What it's been 5 weeks and she's going from growing by the thousands to only 186. Album wise, she'll do good. But although I've accepted her little change, I still think people might look at this album and say never mind I'm not getting it. I know I'm going to wait until the 3rd single to buy it, unless the 2nd single is hot.

Christina will have success but she will have to settle for numbers near or less than STRIPPED. She just doesn't have the hype or interest for the most part.

Shania's single was not a flop it made it to #34, which is decent for a country singer. Also, airplay doesn't really tell us if people like the song or not since we have seen that companies can buy airplay (there was an article about it months ago). Look at Jennifer Lopez her singles usually always become huge hits yet her albums don't really sell all that much.

I 100% agree w/ you. A lot of popular artists do pay people to bribe the radio stations. BMG supposedly stopped it but who's going to refuse money? Not to mention, not everyone listens to the radio. I don't. I don't see the point of listening to the same songs all day if you can just download what you want, when you want it, on the internet. Also, a great single doesn't mean great album which I believe is Jessica Simpson's case.
