Deja Vu is ok. It is mechanical Beyonce. If you see the structure, it is exactly the same as as CIL's. She's going for the same way as usual, she's afraid she could flop with something new.

Here's the thing. Jay Z didn't pay millions for airplay. In fact, he probably put very little forward in terms of "payola". The fact of the matter is that Beyonce is a bonafied radio star. Anything she releases gets huge airplay because the majority of CHR/Pop, and CHR/Rhythmic listeners enjoy her music. That can be verified through callout research where Beyonce consistently does exceptionally well.

So, although it is your opinion - don't treat the immediate success of Beyonce's new single as a murder mystery. It is inevitable, and it will only continue to soar in the summer months ahead.
