The TC 10: The future of rock and roll

After much changes last week, the countdown calms down this time. Still, Supergrass cannot hang on, so that clears the way for Electric Six to finally debut after all this time. Matchbox Twenty and Interpol are new this week to the wannabes, and Audioslave hangs on yet again to the wannabe spot. Here is the countdown:

As you can see, The White Stripes take a well-deserved #1 this week! The rest of the top half moves down. THANK YOU to Ryan, Nick, Melissa, Lucy, Ben, Jake, and Stephanie for requesting! Please keep requesting, and remember you can request anything, not just what's currently on the countdown.

Also I have an open question: what do you suggest for retirement? Should a song be retired after 10 weeks, more weeks, or never? I can't decide, haha.
