Also, I saw the video for the first time on TV today... it doesn't really makes sense since it starts when the music starts.
and secondly, the first 7 minutes was about her past. it wouldn't have made any sense for the song to play through that part.

It doesn't matter, for people watching it on TV it would be a lot more exciting than the part of the video you actually watch on TV, which makes no sense anyway.
