Judas killed the album's momentum. The Edge of Glorysus helped push it back up again, but then she released You and I (which performed better than anyone thought it would... in the US) and no WW single, which killed the momentum of the album/era... again.

These new artists that are hitting the charts right now just joined or renewed their membership, that's why they are hitting pretty hard.
Meanwhile Beyonce and Lady Gaga (I can list a ton too) are sitting pretty because they're in a higher position in the organization.
