I've said from day one TOTGA would be Katy's "Smooth Criminal" (in a way). So even if it doesn't hit #1, it's still an accomplishment to get all of those hits from one album.

I don't see much difference between Katy and Rihanna quality wise. They both make fun pop music. Maybe I prefer the latter because of her music style in some of her songs, but in the end they're practically the same.
