It usually takes two flopped albums to be on the drop list. BTW isn't a flop. If her next two albums underperform or flop, then it could boil down to her wanting to leave (depending on her contract) or what the label wants to do with her. She is still the biggest money maker on her label, so I don't see why people are discussing being dropped here.
Dead at the words drop and Lady Gaga being in the same sentence. I can't even. I mean first off, Born This Way ain't flopping. And second even if it was, it would be the most idiotic move to let go someone whose name they worked so hard to spread. If anything a tighter control over her work is all that's needed if they choose to go down that road.
Please refrain from ever saying that again.
I still love your updates.
Agreed
Plus Interscope is known for giving free creativity to their artists that's why Gaga got signed in the first place. She got dropped from Death Jam because she wasn't making mainstream music at that time, you can read that between the lines in Paper Gangsta.
Interscope was bankrupt in 2007, who could've changed that?
And if Gaga flops next album, they still have LMFAO to damage control, that's the only reason they're signed.

DEAD! I never knew LMFAO and Gaga were label mates!
They are... A collaboration isn't impossible actually.
Honestly, that would be one of the most interesting collaborations. I'm sure it would smash. That is, if Madonna doesn't have some sort of grudge against Gaga.
