I don't think it was a photoshoot. I think she wore that hat to the EMAs specifically to hint about the MTN video. I also don't think the clothing we've seen is basic. That one piece is simple, but I think she pulled it off nicely.
I can see that, I just don't really like the angles/shots they chose. But obviously this is just nitpicking over a short preview. We'll see how the final package comes together.

He said he liked both the concept + video and he has pretty good judgement, but we'll see.
I'm kind of pissed the prelude + the actual video are one long thing. People don't want to sit through a seven minute prelude before the actual song starts. D:

Will she release a full 10-15 min video or 2 seperate videos - prelude + actual video. I would prefer 2 different videos to be honest. I love intros (like the Telephone/BTW ones), but it's a 1-2 times deal. I never rewatch them a lot. I usually skip to the part where the song starts and that's not really good.

Well, maybe she'll have a separate Music Video, and then combine the Music Video with the prelude, creating a short film like Kanye's 'Runaway'.
