Yes, steadiness and stability speak more volume than charging up there because of being newly released. It means it's proved the public isn't tired of it yet.
I'd rather have 7 great songs than have 15 tracks that are 70 % filler.
I'd rather her make 12 solid songs (which is possible) than 17 tracks with unbearable filler or a 7 track EP that was flawless that I'd have to listen to for 2 years before getting new material.
