She didn't call herself a lie. She was referring to the clinical psychology of trauma, in which memories are erased/repressed and one's memory of those traumatic events are altered and fabricated in a way. She's not saying that "Lady Gaga" is a lie or an act. She's referring to this incident. You always seem to find a way to twist her words to suit your catty and petty attack.
