I honesly thought the movie was pretty good, but this is a bit ridculous, not that I am complaining. I mean, a historic (+82) jump with another (+77) jump and a HOT SHOT DEBUT along with 5 other debuts is a bit much. I don't think a single CD has ever enjoyed this much success...and to think that is this has all come from Digital Downloads is AMAZING!!! Does anyone know whether these songs will ever enter the radio for the kind of success they are having? It can't be just children downloading these songs, as acts like Hilary Duff, The Cheetah Girls, and Aly and AJ never had this success. This has been out for about a week now and I am still astonished. = )
Anyways, I am completely shocked at the (-10) drop for "Don't Forget About Us" out of the Top 10, but I am also very happy that "So Sick" has moved into Top 6 territory!!! James Blunt and Jamie Foxx don't deserve to be in the Top 10, as I have never even heard there songs, but once and I haven't bothered to listen to them again. Radio stations around here aren't playing them either. I don't think I'd like to see two Chris Brown songs in the Top 10, so at least one needs to die. "Unwritten" is still a pleasant surprise to me. "Walk Away" moving up quickly is very predictable. Does anyone know where "Who I Am Hates Who I've Been" is?
omg, is "Gold Digger" finally dead? = )
Conclusion: The Disney Channel better be looking to capitalize on the gold mine that is "High School Musical."

Well to me, Chris did keep Mariah, Pussycat Dolls, Nickelback and Kelly from dominating #1. Grillz and Laffy Taffy kept the same artists from #1 and now Beyonce's doing the same.
I contradicted myself there too, I think....but that's my thought. Whether you despise my thought or not, I'm standing by it.

And for the record, just because they all sing R&B theyre copying each other? He said in a VIBE interview that he doesnt like all the comparisons, he just wants to be him.

By far the WORST Top 10 I have EVER seen.

Obviously, all the songs that I like: "Be Without You," "So Sick," and "Unwritten" either stay the same or go down, while everything else, which I HATE, goes up? ("Check On It" is decent)
And the fall of High School Musical begins: (notice how they have FINALLY changed the name of the artist from "Zac Efron" to Andrew Seeley)

Obviously, some of the songs have fallen off since last time, but let's just say that this, all together, was a nice surprise and was just predictably going to happen.
"Don't Forget About Us" continues to fall much faster then I expected, while "Because Of You," like its album "Breakaway," has had much staying power and has been very consistent, despite low peaks.
Conclusion: Disney can't rule the world forever and wutever Beyonce touches turns to gold, as she shouldn't be #1 anymore, but with a lack of competition, this was bound to happen. = (

Shittiest song at #1 again ^+^ I never thought I'd have to say this, but I hope You're Beautiful takes her out next week. Doubtful though, considering radio is whoring her and she's #2 on iTunes.
T-Pain's voice is so annoying.
And Ne-Yo really needs to get on iTunes ASAP.
