This is kinda hard to answer, because it's almost unexplainable. But I guess I must say it has like a 5 sec. warning (The longer you hold it the farther it gets) , but for me after I "***" I immediately stop any sexual thoughts on my mind. I don't know if this happens to every guy, but I lose interest to any sexual interactions right away. Oh and you'll also feel tired/exhausted, but very relaxed. Hence, people call it "pleasure".

It feels amazing. You can feel the *** build up in your dick and then it gets extremely hard and like a few seconds later you are ejaculating which feels the same as peeing, at least to me. But the sensation of it build up and geting extremely hard is the best part IMO.

I don't use anything. It feels better with lube though, but most of the time I'm too lazy to get up and go for it.
