Not trying to side with Xtina here, but this shocks me, I thought FF was selling well, she had three top 10 hits in that album!

Burlesque was released in the holidays where sales are at its highest and had a movie supporting it, had femme fatale been released at the same time it'd be over a million by now......

Burlesque also had more/bigger promotion- ellen, amas, dancing with the stars, conan.......

Yeah maybe, but FF had singles and music videos, but anyway it does not take away the fact that it tied Blackout as Brit's BEST album, I love love it!

Burlesque had a movie and DVDs and promo for both.

It's NOT like the Soundtrack sold that on its own, obviously.

And Christina performed SMHYB.

Yeah but didn't people label Burlesque and Christina a flop? That's irony there.

But anyway, I guess I opened a can of worms, not trying to make it about B v. X, love them both. I really really love Christina, but had my respect for Britney throughout her career and have followed her from the start. She's a pop icon up there with Madonna, Spice Girls and all them others. I just never followed FF's album run, since I thought the because the singles were massive, album sales would be massive too, I just saw it today.

well Pink is doing A LOT better with a Greatest Hits album with 2 top 2 singles.

Her success with that album has truly impressed me.

Her comeback did nothing to Bionic, during The Voice and MLJ's run, it was KGB:ADOH and Burlesque which had the occasional increases, RCA and Christina truly moved on from the Bionic mess, it's a commercial disaster, no one's denying that...but it's cute to see her other releases still selling amidst the "flop" label. Her GH is also at 470k in the US, tho it hasn't re-entered for months now, maybe the holiday sales and The Voice season 2 can help it cross the 500k mark in the US as well, tho it had crossed 1M+ worldwide already. As for poor Bionic, it was left in the dust.
