LMAO at you thinking you speak for the entire gay community. Guess what, GLAAD thinks differently and condemned Katy for her exploitation and even making fun of a trans man on Twitter.
Ur So Gay is about her ex being metrosexual or effeminate, so she thought he should have been gay. Yes, because all gay men are metro and effeminate. The amount of idiocy is astonishing.
If you seriously see no problem with the song(s), you are the one with the issues. Your own internalized homophobia is not cute. Go see a therapist.
I think labeling Katy as a "homophobe" is a bit excessive. I think she's just ignorant to what it is to be gay. She's the typical American girl who sees all gays as feminine and thinks that gays are meant to be her best friend and go shopping with her, which her fans prove by always saying, "HER BEST FRIEND IS GAY."

First, of all I never claimed that I represented all gays. 2nd, hun you seriously think I have internalized homophobia, because I disagree with the fact that a song is offensive?
Finally, I know all gay people aren't feminine, but most overly feminine guys are gay. If you saw a guy wear more make up then most girls do, no one is going to call you homophobic for assuming he is gay.
Oh and your post would be easier to read if it weren't filled with so many fallacies. Just saying...

Same thing happened when Gaga became big, everybody loved her when she first became big, then once she hit Bad Romance success is when the haters started coming in.
I used to love Gaga, but absolutely dislike BTW.

This X a million. I loved her old music. I never cared for her music videos though, and her stan base was always annoying, but I always judged her by her music.
