I think that's the last thing we need after the LFN fiasco. I am fine with this not hitting #1, although it would be amazing if it did without a remix

I doubt there will be a remix. This feels like a filler single to me - to fill the gap between TGIF and Dressing Up/the EP lead single so they can plan the artwork/video/promo etc. and not leave Radio Katy-Perry-less over the busyest sales period.

I wouldn't be surprised if they abandoned The One That Got Away by December and start with Dressing Up.
