I don't believe that. Recently that maybe the case with some albums that have been put on hold and such, but its usually a week. I find it rare to have a album that has leaked 3 weeks early. Beyonce and Evanescense are the 1st in people who are actually relevant to do so in awhile that I know of.
I think its more RCA artists that have more leaks
You look at other artists who barely spring a leak till the weak of.
Gaga's didn't leak till the week of
Britney's didn't leak till the week of
Rihanna had some songs leak, but so have Kellys sooo its kind of the same there
Katy's demos leaked early.
Nicki Minaj had some leaks, but not the full album.
Taylor Swift barely had any besides
Mine leaking early.
