Criminal's rising faster than IWG on iTunes from just beeing announced as a single without a video, right? I remember IWG was only really high on the US iTunes, Criminal seems to be way more higher than IWG was at this point in Europe and such!

I don't think anyone really knows. Maybe they aren't changing anything...or maybe the new number(s) isn't/aren't ready yet. They could want Britney, the dancers, and the crew to get back into the swing of things before they add or change stuff.
Her hair and makeup looks flawless! She has this amazing glow. 
I hope she adds new songs.
