TFM is her sophomore album. It was strong enought by itself to get some Grammy nominations (including Best Pop Album and Album of the Year), so I would say it's safe to say Gaga's second album is TFM.

Everyone should be used to self-contradictory Gaga by now.

Regardless, it was TFM that was the key to her massive sales. People revise history and act like she was going to sell 10m copies of TF on its own merit.

Outside of the U.S. and Canada, doesn't The Fame regard to the whole bundle pack including the extended play? If it has sold 15 million worldwide, then yes, it sold 9-10 million outside the U.S.

At the end of the run honestly see Born this Way selling 10 million WW and it being 2.5 in the US. Would I lie?

I doubt it. If she still hasn't persuaded them to buy it after over a year and 5 smash hit singles she never will. It only just crawled to 4m.
