Like I said, I respect the fact that she writes about whatever the hell she wants, but that doesn't automatically make her a better artist.

A chunk of Born This Way, is utter shite. If this chunk was replaced with a few songs in the vein of Just Dance, Bad Romance then the quality of the album wouldn't necessarily be improved, but it would be more commercially appealing - and as a pop star, there is nothing wrong with that.

But Gaga is not your typical popstar

Gaga has already sold 5 million WW, and I could see her selling up to 7-8 at the end of the year. you know, that, in 10 months are more than TF selling 13 million in 2 years.

I think what pisses everyone off most about Born This Way (the song) is that Gaga pretentiously set out to make an anthem for the gays that was applicable to all people and succeeded. People may say they hate the song, gays may be mad she felt she could do such a thing, and Britney stans may hate her for breaking all of HIAMs records, but at the end of the day, I've heard the song blasted at every gay gathering I've been to in the last 7 months.
