For me "Blackout" is somewhat entertaining, but that's all. It's stripped of any sensitivity. She sounds too sharp and flattened, and it's emotionally a massive downgrade from her previous work. She has proved that she was a smart businesswoman by hiring the best even when she wasn't at her best, but I've always seen "Blackout" rather as a producer's showcase, than Britney's. I almost hate it because I see it as a soundtrack for those days of Britney drinking, smoking, and acting recklessly.
