100% FALSE! Metabolism theories have proven to be a myth in the main. If you are fat it is because you eat too much. End of story.

Weight is somewhat genetic

I think it's a bit ironic coming from the fat kid, but I agree that you have to be cruel to create a future for these kids. Obesity is a disease...a disease that kills just like others. Parents allowing obesity to happen are, indirectly, poisoning their children.
