They are obviously joking about these sales for the Remix album. We all know that the remix won't even reach 100k in total sales
It would probably open with 30k-40k and I'm being generous.
In the last ten years only 2 Remix albums have been really successful:
Justin Bieber with Never Say Never The Remixes and J.Lo with the Remix album she released in 2002. They debuted at #1 on Billboard 200 and both albums were promoted with singles to support them.
Bieber had Never Say Never that went top 10 and the tweens eat everything he releases.
And J.Lo had Ain't It Funny Remix that was a #1 hit and I'm gonna be alright that was a top 10 single.
I doubt "B In The Mix The Remixes Vol. 2" will be promoted the same way
