She played a heavy part in the overall creation of
In The Zone. Axing everyone from her earlier days, delving into more innovative producers.
Blackout she is the executive producer, and while some people think this is just a title, Britney recorded a lot of that album in the year 2006 while and after pregnant/pregnancy. So I do feel she played a big part in the direction of that album to actually be awarded that title.
If it was about Jive trying to make her look good, she'd been executive producers on all her albums following. But they don't hide
Circus &
Femme Fatale being predominantly label albums.
