I think the public just wants shallow pop now, which is how Katy got all these #1s. They're sick of a certain person, but this is only here in America. Everywhere else in the world its not the case - they can't get enough, and Katy isn't as successful.

Well I personally think this is deserving. I mean LFN might have had the remix but it did go #1 before the discounted original went into effect on the chart. I mean it was #2 forever, no one can deny it's a massive hit for a 5th single.
And I don't get at why Def Jam is laughing. S&M Remix screamed just as desperate. They would be doing the same if CKB didn't completely bomb.

not many outside of atrl and other websites like this give a fuk. Not much of the general public knows about charts, records, etc... & I really don't think the lack of respect is going to affect her sales from here on out
